Our zinc engraving plates are polished by hand to achieve a mirror-polished surface which allows for quality printing. Each plate features a film that protects the polished side. Moreover and on request, the back of the plate can be treated with special, anti-acid varnish.

Sheets of very high quality, 32mm thick, brown-coloured linoleum with a mesh backing. Available in various sizes.
It is used for lino printing which consists in carving the linoleum surface with chisels and leaving out the parts that represent the desired image. The raised part of the matrix is then inked with a roller or a pad and printed using a printing press.
